Tafsir of Surah Al-Muzzammil 73:9
﴿رَّبُّ الْمَشْرِقِ وَالْمَغْرِبِ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ فَاتَّخِذْهُ وَكِيلًا﴾
Translation of the meaning
[He is] the Lord of the East and the West; there is no deity except Him, so take Him as Disposer of [your] affairs.

فأمر أن يتخذ وكيلا ونهى أن يتخذ من دونه وكيلا لأن المخلوق لا يستقل بجميع حاجات العبد والوكالة الجائزة أن يوكل الإنسان في فعل يقدر عليه فيحصل للموكل بذلك بعض مطلوبه فأما مطالبه كلها فلا يقدر عليها إلا الله«رسالة في تحقيق التوكل» 1/89Imam Ibn al-Qayyim
