Tafsir of Surah At-Tawba 9:121
﴿وَلَا يُنفِقُونَ نَفَقَةً صَغِيرَةً وَلَا كَبِيرَةً وَلَا يَقْطَعُونَ وَادِيًا إِلَّا كُتِبَ لَهُمْ لِيَجْزِيَهُمُ اللَّهُ أَحْسَنَ مَا كَانُوا يَعْمَلُونَ﴾
Translation of the meaning
Nor do they spend an expenditure, small or large, or cross a valley but that it is registered for them that Allāh may reward them for the best of what they were doing.

والإنفاق والسير هو نفس أعمالهم القائمة بهم فقال فيها: إلا كتب لهم ولم يقل إلا كتب لهم به عمل صالح فإنها نفسها عمل فنفس كتابتها يحصل به المقصود«مجموع الفتاوى» 8/522
