Tafsir of Surah Qaaf 50:4
﴿قَدْ عَلِمْنَا مَا تَنقُصُ الْأَرْضُ مِنْهُمْ وَعِندَنَا كِتَابٌ حَفِيظٌ﴾
Translation of the meaning
We know what the earth diminishes [i.e., consumes] of them, and with Us is a retaining record.
